Interest free payment plans

Dental problems can happen unexpectedly. We understand that dental treatment can often be challenging to fit into your budget, which is why we offer interest-free payment plans.

Rather than delaying necessary dental treatment, we want to give you the flexibility to pay off your dental treatment in easy fortnightly installments.

Payment plans are available for treatment valued from $500 – $10,000

How do I apply for a payment plan?

You can apply over the phone or in-person at the practice.

The application is quick and easy. It is a non-income based credit check, approval or denial is not an indication of your finances.

Provide our reception team with your photo ID, eligible credit card, and contact details. We’ll be able to tell you immediately whether or not you’ve been successful.

The credit check is automatically generated by the online system, ensuring the security of your data is safe. At no time will our staff see your credit history.

When do I need to apply for a payment plan?

You should apply at least three days before your treatment starts.

You will be required to pay for your treatment on the day if your application is unsuccessful.

Will I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, when the plan is set up a 10-20% deposit will be deducted from your nominated bank account

What if I have private health insurance?

You can claim through your health insurance as soon as you receive the financed treatment. We will email you an itemised receipt that you can forward to your health fund to claim your rebate.

Can I pay the payment plan off faster if I would like to?

Yes. You can make additional lump sum payments at any time by calling OpenPay on 1300 168 359.

What if I get a new bank card?

You will need to contact OpenPay on 1300 168 359 to provide your new bank card details before your next payment is due; otherwise, you will incur a late payment fee.

What if I want to place a larger deposit?

Easy! You can contact Openpay as soon as you receive your email confirmation of your plan and pay any extra.
